There is more to the New Bayswell Hotel than its fantastic location.  With two restaurants and a modern bar, one can indulge in some fine cuisine created by national award-winning chefs – Ross Bootland and Stefano Donati who are both very passionate about the dishes that they create using only the finest and freshest ingredients. 

Our aim is to make Bayswell Hotel one of the premier places to dine at East Lothian in a friendly and welcoming environment.  Dining at either of our restaurants, you can enjoy the stunning and panoramic sea-views set against an ever-changing skyline from brilliant blue to glorious shades of crimson as sunset approaches.  Booking in advance is recommended, particularly at weekends.

We also endeavour to help the local business community and work closely with local suppliers.
