There is more to the New Bayswell Hotel than its fantastic location.  With a restaurant and modern bar, one can indulge in some really delicious food created by chef Andrew Westwood who believes in local sourcing and creating dishes using only the freshest of ingredients. 

Our aim is to make Bayswell Hotel one of the premier places to dine at East Lothian in a friendly and welcoming environment.  Whilst dining, you can enjoy the stunning and panoramic sea-views set against an ever-changing skyline from brilliant blue to glorious shades of crimson as sunset approaches.  Booking in advance is recommended, particularly at weekends.
